Let's get started! ## Recipe for Egg Drop Soup Cabbage ### Ingredients - 8 cups chicken broth - 2 tablespoons sesame oil - 2 tablespoons ginger, minced - 1/2 teaspoon white pepper - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 2 tablespoons cornstarch - 2 tablespoons cold water - 2 eggs, beaten - 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded - 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped ### Instructions ##### Step 1: In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium-high heat. Once it is hot, reduce the heat to low and add the sesame oil, ginger, white pepper, soy sauce, and salt. ##### Step 2: In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and cold water until the cornstarch is dissolved.
