# Texas Turtle Sheet Cake ## Ingredient - 2 cups granulated sugar - 3/4 cup butter - 1/2 cup evaporated milk - 1 teaspoon baking soda - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 eggs - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 1 cup chopped pecans - 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ## Instructions 1.
