Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 4 cloves garlic, minced - 1 (1-pound) loaf Italian or French bread - 1 (15-ounce) can chili with beans - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.

3. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Cut bread in half lengthwise.

5. Brush garlic oil over cut sides of bread.
